Property Cleanups & Fresh Start Resets
Spring and fall cleanups, leaves, debris and overgrowth. For properties that need more attention, Fresh Start work helps bring them back to maintenance standard. Hauling and disposal are included only where specified in your quote.
Lawn Maintenance
Mowing, trimming and clearing grass clippings from hard surfaces. Available as individually quoted visits or recurring seasonal care.
Beds, Borders & Shrubs
Weeding, edging, cutbacks and routine shrub maintenance, scoped to the planted areas and care your property needs.
Snow Service
Norstead Snow Service covers the driveway, walks and agreed access after 2.5 cm. First-Day service is within 24 hours after snowfall stops; Second-Day is within 48 hours. On heavy, multi-day storms we run access-clear passes as needed, then complete a full clear in your window.
Norstead Plow Service is driveway-only recurring clearing after 2.5 cm, completed within 24 hours after snowfall stops and quoted from the measured area. Your quote confirms what is included before work is booked. A 5 cm trigger is also available for driveway-only service.

A summer lawn-care plan can combine spring cleanup, mowing and fall cleanup, with remaining-season care for later starts. Your quote confirms the services selected for your property.

Seasonal payments may spread the agreed seasonal value into installments. Complete Property Care is eligible for annualized billing. Your quote confirms payment amounts and dates, and a payment method must be on file before service begins.
