Spring and fall cleanups, leaves, debris and overgrowth. For properties that need more attention, Fresh Start work helps bring them back to maintenance standard. Hauling and disposal are included only where specified in your quote.

Clearing for agreed driveways, walkways and access areas. Recurring winter care and one-time work are offered subject to availability. Your quote defines the areas and service terms.

A summer lawn-care plan can combine spring cleanup, mowing and fall cleanup, with remaining-season care for later starts. Your quote confirms the services selected for your property.

Your quote lists the selected services, what’s included, the service period and the price. Any required Fresh Start work is identified and priced separately.
Seasonal payments may spread the agreed seasonal value into installments. Complete Property Care is eligible for annualized billing. Your quote confirms payment amounts and dates, and a payment method must be on file before service begins.
